Didnt realize it until a week after christmas when my family got to using it. Was able to factory reset but Best Buy needs to do better.

Can’t really complain about much, even if you have motion sickness there’s ways around it. Also tip if you do plan on purchasing, get rechargeable AA batteries for the controllers if you don’t want to spend a lot on a docking station.

Worth the buy as an upgrade

After using this device, the mixed reality is incredible. I like that it's in color as well. The controllers are a definite upgrade along with the storage capacity. It was well worth the purchase.
