Whoa.... Yes, the Meta Quest 3 512GB, is incredible and lives up to the hype. I'm not sure why anyone would buy the 3s version, you'd really be cheating yourself not upgrading to the 4K picture, more memory and more storage. As a PSVR owner, I waffled back and forth between the PSVR 2 and the Meta Quest 3, and with the lack of games currently available for the PSVR 2, I decided to go with the Meta Quest 3, and boy am I glad I did. Not only does the the MQ3 have a lot of the same games that are on the PSVR 2, but the amazing app library on the MQ3 is what really sets it apart. If you can afford the $500, get it! You will not be disappointed. You will want to get a charging dock, and maybe a case if you plan on traveling with it, and be prepared for the facial interface to start smelling after only a few days. I have tried washing the fabric, but I think the best option is to purchase some extra interfaces made of a non-fabric material. Personally, I recommend the AMVR Facial Interfaces made of silk cotton. The AMVR brand is also designed for people who wear glasses.

The meta quest 3 is a very versatile VR Headset, not only can it function to “escape” life, it can also be used as a productivity headset, a gaming headset both standalone, and tethered for higher quality ajd performance vr gaming with PCVR/SteamVR, battery life on this platform is greatly increased from the Meta Quest 2. I highly recommend this as a affordable option for good quality VR.

The clarity and quality are awesome! I came from the Quest 2 and before that was on the original Quest. The color pass through is a total game changer for me. Mixed reality is amazing, I can’t wait to see more future apps involving this. The pancake lenses get rid of what was the sweet spot you had to look at before, it is all now a sweet spot! The only thing slightly lacking on this model would be the battery capacity as with higher processing power, comes shorter battery life. Add on an external and you’ll have no issues though.

Our daughter has wanted a VR headset for years and this was finally gifted to her for Christmas. She loves it! She plays her game through steam, that seems to work well. She also received a Meta gift card to purchase a game directly from the Meta Quest store. She has enjoyed her new headset for over a month now.

Batman: Arkham Shadow on Meta Quest 3 blew me away visually. The combat, the gliding, the stealth—it really makes you feel like Batman. This is hands down one of the best uses of VR I’ve seen yet. The environments are gritty and immersive, and it pulls you right into Gotham. But be warned: you can die fast if you’re not quick with your counters or don’t use your gadgets right. The game doesn’t hold your hand. That said, once you get the rhythm, it’s insanely satisfying and physical. You’ll break a sweat. Loved the VR immersion. Just wish the difficulty curve was a little smoother early on. Still absolutely worth it if you want a real Batman experience in virtual reality.

I always wanted one & finally bought one! VR unreal & came long way! I like experience 3D 360 & it was unbelievable how real I felt like I was there! Great product!

Was on the fence on whether or not VR was worth it yet. I'll always have a VR headset going forward. I use it primarily for exercise and they have a lot of great games built around that. There's also plenty of content you can do just for fun. The integration with Steam is pretty seamless as long as you have a decent computer with an ethernet connection. I also recommend getting a long charging cord as it helps with PCVR gaming, I got a 16 foot one. Watching movies/shows is also an elevated experience in VR as it tricks your brain into feeling like you're watching on a movie theatre screen. Highly recommend

Great VR headset. My kids love it. If it’s going to be abused, pay that extra for the warranty. Best Buy is so awesome. No questions asked as long as all the parts are there.

It's a considerable uodate from the Quest 2, but it's not revolutionary. The best feature on the Quest 3 is the clarity that comes from the pancake lenses. Screen door effect is almost non existent. Despite the hard facial padding, overall, the Quest 3 out of the box is more comfortable than the Quest 2. Games look great, sound is good. If you have a Quest 2 and it's running faithfully, there really is no reason to upgrade at this point. However, being a daily VR user, I felt that the updates justified the purchase. If you're new to VR and want the best stand alone experience, the Quest 3 is the way to go. If you're still on the Quest 1 and are ready for a new headset, the Quest 3 is a no brainer. However, if you've never tried VR before, the Quest 2 might be a sensible purchase. Otherwise, just make sue to return it in time if you decide VR is not for you.

Standard straps are painfull, but if you get a KIWI headband, it works like a charm. Worth it's money big time.

The headest is a bit pricey, but if you intend to use it to its fullest its a really great VR headset. No issues running any games so far, although i will say the battery drains pretty quickly. So far confortable without any extra straps or add-ons

Works great! It is lighter than Quest 2. The pass through is a significant increase from Quest 2. It does have VR and Mixed reality. I'm not sold on mixed reality as i like being submerged in full VR while I'm working out and playing games. It charges and updates at the same time but i have had to manually update as well. I'm told this will improve as the Quest 3 updates come out. The graphics are decibel a improvement. I bought the 512 so i won't have to worry about future functionality as games update to the Quest 3

It has pretty decent graphics, and is pretty comft around the head. It is mostly a really good console. The hand tracking turning on every once in a while but it is manageable

Setup is simple, and the standalone experience is powerful enough that I rarely need to connect to a PC. The controllers feel precise and responsive, and battery life is solid for daily use. With 512GB storage, I never worry about running out of space for games and apps. Definitely the best all-in-one VR headset on the market right now!

It is an amazing product, me and my kids enjoyed the Meta Quest very much, it makes me feel that I am in the game, this is the first time that I used it, never played a game before. I am 59 years old, and makes me feel kid again. I recommend it to the people to have one of them, like I said before. It is amazing.

This thing is crazy fun. Great work out games for not just the kids, but for the adults in the house also. The only issue I have is that the games are a lithe pricey, and do not come with tutorials. The battery typically only lasts around 2 hours and so if you need to extend your game time, you'll have to purchase the extra battery pack that attaches to another head piece (also pricey). I'm happy with the purchase, and hope we get plenty of play time with it.

Me and my boyfriend decided to upgrade from the meta quest 2 to the meta quest 3, we only got one of them for him, to test it out and it’s amazing. The graphics are so much better and it runs so much more smoothly and quickly then the 2, we plan to come back and buy another.

Bought for my son (11yr old). His metaquest 2 finally died. He loves it! So far, it has been reliable and worked with no issues! Controllers are smaller which is nice. Price is hefty. That would be the only negative thing i have to say about that.
