Recently purchased the Meta Quest 3 after returning my AVP. It was a decision I didn’t take lightly! The clarity and potential of the AVP is remarkable, no doubt!! But for me it just was ready for my use case. I just wanted something I could throw on and GO!! AVP was like wearing a brick on my face and no 3rd party hack out there helped enough! But by then I was hooked on the tech!! So I ran over to Best Buy with my reacquired 4K and bought the MQ3 and a boat load of accessories for a fraction of the price! I’ve hardly put it down sense!! It’s lighter, easier to throw on and wear for extended amounts of time for movies and gaming! And so much easier to share with other family and friends without adding guest configurations or resetting to a different screen in those moments where you just want to say: “Hey’ Check this out!” And they put it on and are immediately right there where you left off!! Completely different scenario with AVP! Having said that, with a few tweaks hear and there, I’d own both! But if you just want to get started as quickly as possible and not break the bank - you won’t go wrong with the MQ3!!

I'm fairly new to VR, but I have tried out several different brands. Over all, MQ3 is the best. Easy to setup and use. The stock head straps are barely just OK. Invest in better headgear and rechargeable batteries from the controllers.

All around it is an excellent product! It is compatible with 3D and 360 and ios spatial, and qoo cam too. Works with insta 360x4. They increased the memory to 512gb and lowerd the price! Color passthrough, hand control! Giant screen for movies! I bought the “real” glasses for $500. They are merely a screen that isn’t big at all, and is merely a screen built into glasses. The meta 3 is the real deal! The movie screen is gigantic! Or you can make it smaller. In 360 its completely surround you! Up, down, front , back and sides! You are immersedin the movie! In games too! Its both Virtual Reality and augmented reality! It just keeps getting better! Buy it! You won’t regret it! The investment in entertainment is well worth it.

If you plan to play VR games without needing a computer that is capable to run VR, the Meta Quest 3 is the one to get! The graphics are great, and if you purchase the external battery accessory (which I highly recommend getting), it extends the battery life even more and provides a better balance on your head, making it feel less front heavy. Games run smoothly, and since my computer can run VR, I tested it and it was able to connect seamlessly to Steam as long as you install the Steam Link app on the headset. I loved the ability to connect to the computer wirelessly as well since I do not have that much room around my desk to play wired.

I ordered online and it was delivered to me the same day. I bought 2 VRs and both are great working well.

Much better then the quest 2, tracking is betting, graphics are smoother and it is much more of a immersive experience. Only grip is when I asked at best buy if the extended battery pack from the quest 2 would work with the 3 they said maybe. Turns out it does not, just wish i knew beforehand so i could've bought the one that works.

Thus was a replacement Christmas Gift for my daughter. She had the Meta 2 and she loved it. She ia overjoyed with the new one.

This is without a doubt one of the most immersive VR experiences I have had to date. If you have a Quest at all, you owe it to yourself to play this phenomenal title. From the opening sequence, it will awe and inspire you and keep you engaged until the end. The VR effects are top notch on Quest 3. The battles are fun and controls are very responsive. Graphics have to be seen to be believed.

I'm sure Mark Zuck loves getting his devices in people's homes so he can sell even more of our private information, but what a tempting product he made. It's comfy to wear (with the Elite strap), has a variety of uses, and I'm still learning cool new functions every time I use it. Supports spatial/360 videos and Batman Arkham Shadow is a Meta exclusive.

Went from the Quest 2 to the Quest 3. It so awesome - love it in every way. Got the Christmas door buster deal, so the value was great!

Every aspect is an upgraded experience from the 2. Better resolution, usable head strap, fully adjustable eye spacing, built in eyeglass spacers and thinner for a better feel. I feel the advertised 2 hour battery life is a bit of an exaggeration but easy resolved with a battery head strap or a good battery with usb c output and a cord. Excited to check out the bundled game when it’s released. Home run!

Works well, looks great also fits comfortably. I mean im comparing it to the rift s which is kinda garbage so I might be overrating it a little but still great. Also the batman game is kinda cool.

I am thoroughly pleased with this product. The game that comes bundled with it is a delightful bonus, adding significant value to the overall package. The gameplay is immersive, and the quality of the pixel depth is truly superb. It’s a noticeable enhancement compared to its predecessor, making the gaming experience even more engaging. The ability to play my old games on this new platform is a fantastic feature. It ensures that my favorite classics are still within reach, adding a touch of nostalgia to the cutting-edge gaming experience. The color pass-through is another standout feature, providing a vibrant and lifelike visual experience that enhances every game. However, the free trial of Quest+ didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The selection of games was limited and didn’t include access to their entire library, which was a bit disappointing. While the product is a bit on the expensive side, the overall quality, performance, and features justify the price tag. In conclusion, despite a few minor drawbacks, I am very satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it to any gaming enthusiast looking for a top-notch experience.

At first i was a bit confused when my wife told me she bought a Meta Quest 3 for our son. I was confused because we already own two Quest 2’s but then i tried it out and all I can say is Wow! What an amazing piece of technology the comfort and quality far exceed the previous models the graphics and life like feeling are spectacular. Second to none. What a fantastic gift for the holidays.

Really fun way to connect when you're miles apart or to get out of town when you're done with the locals. Loads of games to choose from ... everything from RPG & FPS to art and aerobic workouts. No shortage of adventures here. You can also watch movies (NETFLIX) and listen to Spotify or YouTube...
