Controllers cause nothing but problems

One controller constantly stops working and while it appears paired on the app it does not engage in the game. The games are really fun but the system is worthless if the controllers dont work. We have three gamers in our house and they have troubleshot with meta and its always the controller needs replaced. It is not being hit on anything and the sensors are clean. I even upgraded from the 3S to 3 and still same problems. We have two sets and they are completely not worth the price and aggravation. Thankfully I am a Total Rewards member so I have an extended warranty....every couple months we have to exchange it. My son has lost cosmetics etc he has paid for. Do not buy this system.

I must say i was not disappointed! The augmented reality options with the meta quest 3 really open a new avenue for VR gaming. There is a game thats available at purchase for you to test AR gaming and even that little demo is an awesome entry point for you to grasp AR and the fun you can have with it!
