Headset still wears on the neck muscles after a while, especially for games like putt-putt where you look down a lot. Real-life 8k content looks very good, anything else doesn't do the headset justice.

It was an upgrade from the Quest 2 and I cannot recommend it more. Its so quick to load games, along with running them smoothly. The game that comes with it is pretty great as well if you enjoy Norse mythology!

My first quest 3 i bought from Amazon and i noticed while in an environment where the screen was all black, that i had several pixels that were stuck white. Now that I noticed them, i couldn't unsee them and they were white no matter what everything else was. I returned it and thought I'd go ahead and get one from Best Buy along with the 2 year replacement warranty because I remembered my friend having to return his quest 2 six times because of controller drift back in the quest 2 days and the warranty made it so easy. Well, it finally came today after a week of waiting. Not sure why the 512GB model is always out of stock online and not ever in the store in my area. But anyway, this one has a dead pixel right in the center. Doesnt light up at all. Just a black dot right in my line of sight. It must be a cluster of them because its big for a pixel. I'm really hoping the warranty comes through for me and, besides having to wait another week after the return for the replacement to get here, the third one works great and i can finally just enjoy the dang thing. If you can get one that isnt broken, and as much as they cost i wouldn't compromise on anything less than perfect, it's actually super cool.

Had to exchange, then the second one also died a sad death after one play session of batman game. IDK maybe it was just a bad batch, returned it and bought a nintendo switch 2 and moved on with my life.

Best way to be introduced to VR world

But it has blown my mind. The mixed reality is amazing. I dont like the oculus app it is very lame and needs some serious updates in looks, feature, and functionality.
