Great service. The store associate went out of his way to help me out. The first Oculus 3 was faulty and I went back to exchange it was fast and painless. Love shopping at Best Buy.

My son spends numerous hours per week on this. Ending up buying a 2nd one.

A noticeable step up from the quest 2 in visuals and even more noticeable with Virtual Desktop for PCVR. Only negative here is the default strap is almost criminally uncomfortable. Colors are no match for psvr2, but psvr2's sharpness is not in the same league as the Quest 3. For the price....it's hard to argue against this headset. If mine broke today, I would immediately buy another.

It's better than I expected. Its thr first VR I've owned and it's the last. The passthrough cameras are straigh dookie though.

My son wanted a set for Christmas. I decided on version 3 and so glad I did after trying both. It’s definitely worth the extra money for the newer version. Better screen and out facing camera adds so much more capability.

Having a lot of fun with this but there are some limits.

Great first VR headset. Initially ended up returning the 128gb model due to the size, but otherwise I’m very happy with the refresh rate and wide angle lenses. Works even better with prescription addons.

So much better than my PS5 VR. No wires with fairly easy setup even for an old guy. Getting some extra exercise in the VR world.

A great buy at a great price! I will love playing with this during the holidays especialluly when i am snowed in!

I purchased Meta Quest for my daughter, but I used it most of the time to play golf and I love it

The games are quite fun Asgard's Wrath 2 is an amazing game with good quality graphics and story. The vr it's self has good specs, quality, many games and fun features to play around with along with fun social features.

Great fun for all. My 12 year old loves his VR. He also gets a great deal of exercise while playing video games.

Great headset with better visuals than the quest 2 and the pancake lenses make a huge difference. The quest 3 also finally has an adjustable ipd wheel finally. Plus the depth sensor is amazing when it comes to mixed reality.

Crazy how much your body believes it's in the simulated environment. It's not the least bit disorienting for me either.

Me and my son love this. There are games for him and adult age chatrooms for me. No issues so far

There was problems with the controllers that required me to reset my device. Overall, it's a great product.

This review has to do with customer support/promotional gift which affects my sons overall enjoyment of the product. So I purchased the Quest 3 for my sons Christmas gift with the 100 dollar gift card promotion with it so that he could have some games to play day one, after spending 500 dollars on the device. A week goes by and I had yet to receive my promotional gift so I called customer service to find out why my digital gift card had not hit my email yet. The customer service lady tells me I needed to wait 72 hours that she had resent the gift card, 3 days go by I still had not received it and I call again only to be told that it was a physical gift card and that it would reach me in 15 days. 15 days puts it well past Christmas and ruins my sons Christmas gift which disappoints me greatly when it was supposed to be a digital gift card and with it being for my son to play his new device which was the entire reason I bought it from BestBuy I'm extremely disappointed in Best buys customer service all handling this issue because all it does is leave me and my son in the wind until the physical card shows up in 15 days.
