The strap that comes with is "fine" but when you have it tight enough to not move, it will squueze your brains out through your ears. I upgraded mine using a3rd party headstrap

I’m surprised the cameras to see your surroundings are not as clear as I imagined they would be by now. They’re more grainy and not as realistic to the space around.
