My wife and I each have one of these. So far, they have worked really well. My/our biggest complaint is not with Best Buy or the headset, but with the online play. There is a lot of content that we enjoy, BUT, all of the 'open' multiplayer areas are flooded with children. And of course, there are no parents monitoring what these kids say or do. Seems as though the parents just bought these for their kids to serve as electronic babysitters. So, you have tons of kids running around, screaming obscenities, acting like heathens, and totally destroying the experience. And the bad part is, there's no settings to keep you in 'adult' areas away from the kids. It totally ruins it for us. So, unless you only want to play/use content that is set up for solo players, be prepared to be overrun by unsupervised children as young as 5 years old in the games/open areas screaming obscenities and being as vulgar as they know how to be. Anything and everything that is set up for open use multiplayer is child infected. There are no settings to go to an "adult area" only to keep you away from the children. It really ruins the experience!!!

VR has come a long way! This platform offers not only VR but Mixed Reality and Augmented Reality! Super fun!

This is a huge improvement from the quest 2. I was skeptical at first but WOW! the visuals are clearer, and the "sweet spot" for viewing is much larger.

Great VR headset! It's so much fun to use. It is comfortable to use if you use the BoboVR accessories to replace the strap. I would buy this again if need be until the next Quest or when the Valve Deckard comes out.

These are great. Definitely a step up from the 2. My main reason for upgrading was I didn't like the edge blurriness of the Q2's. There is still some with the 3 but is way better. Games from the store are great. Good graphics, speed etc. Red Matter 2 really shows off the hardware. Only a couple small gripes. The face interface adjusters broke within days, one side wont stay locked in position. There is still some light bloom or flare in high contrast scenes. And there is some light leakage around my nose.

Worth the purchase. The headset was easy to use and setup and has been a magnificent gift for my young son.

Huge improvement over the quest 2 it great new features like the new boundaries and passthrough and better graphics in almost every game, pretty much do all of my gaming on it right now

Amazing graphics! This VR is pure love. I’m just waiting for them to release more multi player games. Overall a step up from my previous Oculus 2.

It is the best virtual reality yet. Having lots of fun with its graphics are amazing and feels so light. 10/10

Hand/body tracking, Full Color pass-thru display at a tap. VR is going somewhere and the Quest 3 set a new baseline. The headset is lightweight enough to game for a few hours without feeling fatigue, Built in speakers are great quality, and all the bells and whistles from previous versions are still present, but done a better way. (Think adjustments, volume and power button locations)

The Meta Quest 3 exceeded my expectations! I bought it for training (sporting clays) and have found the technology amazing and immersive and so much fun. It is comfortable (with the upgraded head strap) and easy to wear and use.
