Poor customer service giving false information
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I asked a customer service agent if the product comes with a free Batman game I was told yes it does! Upon ordering I didn't get the game, I was given false information. If you buy this on Amazon, it costs the same but you get a $50 Batman : Arkham Asylum game free with it!

We do apologize that your were provided with the incorrect information, we know how that can be disappointing.
To correctly set your expectations, only some bundles devices come with the ''Batman: Arkham Shadow'' app. Whilst these bundles are no longer available on the Meta Store, you may be able to find them through our authorised retailers.
To find out which retailers are Meta-authorised in your region, just search ''Authorized retailers' on the Meta webpage.
Will NOT work with glasses
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The headset is allegedly designed to accommodate a pair of glasses, but if you actually try to wear glasses with it, you will end up with scratched lenses on both the headset and your glasses. I ended up returning the headset for a refund, but had to pay several hundred dollars to replace my glasses.

The standalone feature works pretty well, however connecting it to your PC is a nightmare and it fails to connect 5 times before it finally works. Also, the support for this product from meta is AWFUL. They don't know what they're doing and can't help with common issues.
