Gave as a gift and the person i gave it to is very happy with the experiences they have enjoyed.

I purchased this for my son and he loves it. I like that you can purchase everything digitally. The only thing that I had an issue with is that I needed to use my Facebook account to set up the device since my son is not old enough to have an account.

I have owned a VR head set for about 10 years now. I originally purchased a Rift S Oculus head set. The company Oculus was unfortunately purchased by Meta. I recently purchased a Meta Quest 3S just to see whether my past experiences with Zuckerberg's company could be verified by my experience with the other sections of meta (e.g., facebook). In multiple interactions with the meta support "team" I can tell you 1) meta does not give a hoot for customer support. It is very difficult to access them. Once you do access them, they will only email you back and every time they email you, you will be dealing with an entirely different agent. I will tell you that 80-90 percent of these agents are idiots who don't give a crap about how they answer your questions. 2) I was looking for educational programs for my grandkids, not the mindless shoot-em-up gaming that appear to be what people purchase now. I was interested in natural programs with good environmental pictures, educational programs about sailing, scuba diving, guided kite flying, anatomy, space exploration, exploring famous artists, historical programs that bring you back in time, etc. I specifically asked for updates of past Oculus programs that I knew were great, as well as some new ones that I thought might be of interest to my grandkids (above list). I have found that of the programs that I was told by meta staff would replicate what I had grown to respect from Oculus, are some of the worst programming I have every seen. For example, "natural scenery" included a program that depicted African savanna animals and another concerning Jurassic ecosystems and Jurassic animals. I found the animals to be stick figures that do not walk naturally and vegetation that was not Jurassic but current. Three other programs that I purchased had various problems. For example, I found programs that were in another language that I could not convert to english or programs that terminated without any ability to fix the program or to return it, after purchasing it. Unless you have money to burn, I would highly recommend that you consider not purchasing this head set. The programming is 90% horrible. If I was able to give the Meta 3S head set an appropriate score it would be 'zero' not 'one'.

It was amazing but if you have a wife and a kid and love them this is not for you. It puts you in your own universe which I guess could be good but wasn't for me. I Couldn't enjoy more than 10 mins without getting asked questions or having my beautiful 8 yr old daughter ask to play over and over. On the bright side it is an amazing device. PERFECT FOR SOMEONE SINGLE lol

These headsets are a great affordable way to enjoy the virtual world! I am super excited to try out all the new worlds!

Son loves it!! He plays for hours on it and can’t get enough of it.

It’s a bit complicated to start. You have to pay for pretty much everything on the game

My child loves it. The only thing is it’s extremely delicate and prone to breaking

its good but it started bugging out so we have to take it to see whats wrong with it

I love the product. I'm still trying to figure out all the options. Not easy! Also, I need to get used to VR.

Cool and fun product, gives motion sickness after a while for certain games though, picture quality wasnt anything special either, but still super fun to play and watch videos or movies on whenever the TV wasn’t available lol

Such a cool device. My son loves it. No need to get the more expensive Quest 3.

I ordered a brand new Oculus 3S and upon opening the box neither controllers were in there. The seller is claiming this is impossible and not offering any help or solution. I have contacted everyone I can think of including Best Buy in person and online, meta quest, the seller and I am still waiting for a solution. I don’t know why the seller is being unhelpful. I don’t even need a replacement I just want to return it. They are acting like defective products don’t exist.

The right controller stopped working on the second day of use. Had to send it back and they replaced the whole set up. Got it back and now there seems to be an issue with a game not connecting to a server.

My issue is customer service. I bought and returned and with the purchase was a $75 gift card. My return deducted the $75 gift card but I have not gotten the gift card or a credit back to my charge card.

Alot of cool things you can do with this. Fun for adults and kids

Works fine I just wish it had rechargable controllers
