What is going on? I love bestbuy and never had a problem with there purchase

Tried it out and had a blast. Let my wife try it, and bought another one the next day. Able to get a great workout in and have fun at the same time

A little uncomfortable for me and I dislike that you have to purchase other items to make it comfortable because that's good for business but not the customer. This s version has very low image quality. I was hoping this was not the case and decided to upgrade to the original 3 which is just miles better quality. Still had to buy extras to make it comfortable.

Feeling a certain kinda way

However, the hand controllers stop working randomly. The battery drains pretty darn fast. Finally, the Wi-Fi has been disconnecting. Assuming an update is prudent.
