I returned this Meta Quest 3S because of the following reasons: >The lens glare in corners was distracting. >Reading required constant head movement, which was frustrating. >Battery life? Okay for light users. >However, the subscription model felt like a money trap. >Only Batman game came free. >Overall, it’s not suitable for extended use.

We had a little difficulty setting the program, but the customer service lady walked us thru and was patient , answered all our questions and stayed on the phone until the download was complete.

Good bang for your buck

Quality is pretty good except for the face cushion. It puts alot of hard pressure on the cheekbones. I have to take the headset off every 15min to give my face recovery time. Otherwise the graphic quality cant be beat for the price.

If you are interested in a replacement facial interface (face cushion) on our store we offer a Quest 3s KIWI silicone facial interface. Which may be more comfortable for longer play sessions.

Occulus 3s!

It is definitely an upgrade fro the Occulus 2 and it came with a game. The only negative is that all none of the accessories from the prior version are compatible with this and we'll have to repurchase the charging station, headset strap, etc.

Great gift, great product

All my family tried it too and it was so fun for all of us. It takes about an hour to charge and the battery lasts for about two hours. You can play roblox, a bunch of other games and free games. It's a good product.

Made it sure to get a warranty with this item just in case. No issues so far. Good battery life and clear image.

Ordered inline, picked up in store (very quick). Only downside, sometimes using too long can feel a bit nauseous (but they get iver that fast, lol)
