    Controllers constantly disconnect and takes an act of congress to reconnect. Customer service is nonexistent. I know the technology is still relatively knew but its so glitchy and has so many connection issues its almost more stress than fun.

    I’ve used this more than other VR headsets and I like the fact that it’s wireless other than the charger.l and it comes with a charger.

    I've been playing it for a month and I really love it. The controls are comfortable and the resolution is almost the same as Meta Quest 3. I like it!
