Keep your distance though because you are actively making punching motions and really don’t want to hurt your friends or family

The stock padding piece should have a better light block for the nose portion. Thats pretty much my only complaints so far. I would buy again if the need arose

I know if you use agmented reality it can be a bit grain-y but in the actual gameplay its pretty seemless. Easy to lose track of time watching concerts, or playing games with others.

I’ve played it at least a couple of times a week since I’ve purchased it and I don’t have a ton of free time. The gaming, and social features of this device are perfect. I’ve never played a VR game before until I bought this and the immersion level is beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking at getting their feet wet with VR.

Great but hers some tips

I was worried about the head strap that it comes with fitting my 10 year old son because it didn't seem adjustable. I almost had to pay an additional $60 for a different strap until my son figured out he was able to slide the 2 stop straps away from each other to make it fit his smaller head. The meta quest also has a plastic extender if you wear glasses so that was pretty helpful. Gave him a slight headache at first until he got used to it. Now he can play for about an hour until the battery dies. Only problem so far is the battery life. We've had it about 2 months.

The Batman game is amazing! You feel like you ARE Batman. I love that I can hook it to my PC to play games from there as well. Overall, my purchase of this device has been positive. I would recommend it to anyone who hasn't given VR a try.

Amazing headset

It’s my first VR headset and man it feels so real like I’ve tried to place items on my in game table in a VR game and it’ll just drop out of my hand onto the floor because the table isn’t really there’s and it’s just in the game lol

I’ve noticed programs don’t have quite the same detail. But with the color pass through giving legit augmented reality experience makes this totally worth getting. The ability to have a cordless headset is awesome. The ability to control things with hand gestures and moments is also game changing. Cons would be shortish battery life 90 min or so less if using passthrough. Another plus is the hand sticks use a standard aa and seem to have a very long battery life.
