If you have basic tech knowledge the Headset is essentially pick up and play. (Good for parents, or grandparents purchasing for kids) Can function as a home theater, Xbox Console (via cloud with Xbox controller), and VR headset. VR Controllers are well designed. ( I recommend purchasing rechargeable batteries) *Not for people who often have motion sickness. * Fresnel instead of Pancake lenses on the more premium unit* *Controllers run off AA batteries *Same chipset as it's older brother * My son recommends Animal Company, or Gorilla Tag which are the most popular games on the platform. *I enjoy the 360 YouTube videos. Seeing cities at scale is incredible!

I got my first one a year ago for myself. This one i got for my daughter and her family for christmas and they love it as much as i do mine. I like to do boxing but the puzzle is fun to. It is so realistic i jump when a punch is coming at me. Lol i have found the different exercises are very addictive and im seeing real improvement for my body becoming firmer. I will always have one of these i look forward to stepping of of this universe for a bit and stepping into virtual.

Be sure to purchase the total warranty we needed to use it it was fast convient they replaced with a new product when one of the handles stopped working.

Super easy to set up, surprisingly comfortable—even with glasses—and incredibly fun. Whether flying, boxing, or exploring, it feels like stepping into another world. Great workout, great entertainment. Never thought I’d love tech like this, but I’m hooked. 5/5.

This headset is perfect for people who are getting into vr but want something cheaper than the quest 3. The only difference is that it has less storage. Either way this is a wonderful gift for any occasion. My son has had a wonderful time playing with its unlimited collection of free games as well such as gorilla tag and shmackle. I hope this is as an amazing investment for you as it was for me.

Definitely get it if you cant afford the 3. No regrets, but i gotta dock a star bc the clarity isnt great unless you align it perfectly up and down side to side.

I couldn't justify buying the oculus 3 at the price for a first time vr user. It takes some getting used to. But my son (PS4/5 player) warmed up really quickly to it. I love that I can control everything from the app on my phone. Purchase games, see what he sees while playing, etc. Sometimes I even enjoy watching prime movies on it and NBA games.
