However, the hand controllers stop working randomly. The battery drains pretty darn fast. Finally, the Wi-Fi has been disconnecting. Assuming an update is prudent.

I advise evweyone to definitely get the insurance that best buy offers because they'll replace it in the event that it is damaged.
