This headset is perfect for people who are getting into vr but want something cheaper than the quest 3. The only difference is that it has less storage. Either way this is a wonderful gift for any occasion. My son has had a wonderful time playing with its unlimited collection of free games as well such as gorilla tag and shmackle. I hope this is as an amazing investment for you as it was for me.

I can stream my xbox as long as im on decent wifi and the cloud gaming is good too. I connected it to steam and was able to play vr games off my computer.

Only problem is getting them to stop using it and do other things with their lives. But the games run fine, the motion tracking is great, and overall it runs very well. Some negative points. The headstrap isn't good. I bought replacements for the 2 headsets I bought. And the menu system can be confusing at times.

Graphics are way better than I expected and it looks like VR has come a very long way.

Definitely get it if you cant afford the 3. No regrets, but i gotta dock a star bc the clarity isnt great unless you align it perfectly up and down side to side.

The lenses are still just okay. For the best experience, the 3 is probably the better route. But for the cheapest option for widespread vr headsets, not bad at all!

Oculus 3s is worth it

We've been using the Rift S since the pandemic began, and while we did encounter a bit of difficulty connecting at first, everything went smoothly after that. It’s so reassuring to finally have a headset that enhances our experience!
