Game not preloaded
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to call customer service because the game wasn't preloaded. This was a Christmas present. Very disheartening for a child to have to wait even longer on Christmas to play the game. They told me that Best Buy was supposed to give me a code when I purchased this and they did not. It took over an hour and a half on the phone to fix this. Very disappointed. Game worked fine other than the game not being preloaded and no code from Best Buy.

With consoles games do not usually come pre-installed as not everyone will own them straight away or be eligible for them if age restrictions are in place etc.
