Had to send it back and they replaced the whole set up. Got it back and now there seems to be an issue with a game not connecting to a server.

The seller is claiming this is impossible and not offering any help or solution. I have contacted everyone I can think of including Best Buy in person and online, meta quest, the seller and I am still waiting for a solution. I don’t know why the seller is being unhelpful. I don’t even need a replacement I just want to return it. They are acting like defective products don’t exist.

You can see pixels in the camera, also the camera lags out some times making it very bad for motion sickness people

WIFI issue with this device

It is so unstable on all three bands (2.4, 5, 6GHz). I verified it by many network tools. Even the PING shows fluctuation in RTT.

Meta has not done anything helpful to solve this problem besides offering another refurbished device. I asked for a refund and was told to contact Best Buy since I bought it through them even tho meta was the one that sent the refurbished device. Save your money on this one, it’s disgusting and useless.
