You are required to pay a monthly membership fee. Bought it for a hockey training game. It forced me to buy the game $30 just so I could load the game to pay $60monthly service. NOPE! Stupid purchase!

Did not work when I tried the code I just gave up on it

Delivery service was completely unprofessional and for a company of its size, absolutely unacceptable. 2 random people showed up in a broke down car and the box my item came in smelt like an ashtray for days. I don’t even know how that’s possible. It was a Xmas present for my daughter. I have to leave it outside for a couple days to air out. Absolutely ridiculous. Get it together best buy, seriously.

These are not worth the price ever. They’re fun for a few weeks then you’ll never use it again.

It was okay not a lot of crazy games just yet but fun

I purchased a Meta 3S when I wanted a Meta 3 and the customer service told me I could not exchange it. It was not open and was for a Christmas gift. I bought it 3 weeks prior to that. So now I'm stuck with a Meta 3S and a sad child. I was going to pay the $100 more for the Meta 3 and was told no.

Nothing has changed from the quest 2, same ui. Same image quality

Waited till Xmas day for son to open. Such a disappointment. Would not functional brand new. Tried at full charge. Would not reboot or reset. Diplay later said device was locked and corrupted.

What an absolute piece of crap! It got corrupted doing an update during initial setup and it is stuck in a factory reset loop. Fresh out of the box! This shouldn’t happened, unit is being returned. Don’t waste your time with Meta products.

Got a NEW Meta quest and received a used one without the batman game. Attempted to return but since it was "New" on the receipt they wouldn't take it back. Would give 0 stars but they guy was nice and non argumentative

Very disappointed in the process to redeem Batman game and 3-month trial. I did a live chat and talked to two live agents for an email that doesn't help. What a ripoff. Bestbuy usually has things available on the account.

When it got to the final set up it asked to put in a 8 digit code. The mobile device only asks for a 5 digit code. Wouldn't let you do anything until you enter that code into god knows where.

I always wanted to try this immersive experience with the idea of using it for flight simulator software. More on that later. When opening the box there was a start here document that pointed me to a QR code to get to the startup guide which included videos making it quite simple. I wear glasses so I followed the instructions to install the eyeglass spacer. I then downloaded an Android APP and chose a name. Now it was time for me to put on the headset and fire it up. I was greeted with more instructions to put the headset on WIFI and then its software was updated. This was very easy to do. I was up and running although it was a bit blurry for me but with adjusting the headset lenses right and left I got it a bit better. Lenses are available at an extra cost thus eliminating the need to use my glasses. Now I am able to explore the metaverse and decide what to do. There are many games presented and I’m sure everyone will find something of interest. I checked out the roller coaster and I have to say the realism is incredible. I found myself actually experiencing the ride, having to close my eyes at one point. It is truly amazing. I then tried a game that overlays your actual environment with virtual reality creatures in a cute shoot em up game. Once again you loose yourself in the play. Absolutely amazing and immersive. There are many more games (for a fee) and rooms to explore. My headset came with a free trial of a Batman game. I am learning how to move about in it and the video does not lag or stutter at all. I played this standing up in my living room and the room is scanned and boundaries setup so as to not knock into a table or break a lamp ! Safety measures are built into the system. Watching YouTube videos, and some in VR, is like sitting in the front row of a theater. It is an amazing wide screen environment with full stereo sound. Now the downside. I was unable to air link connect the headset to my PC which is running Windows 11 on an i7 processor. I have followed several videos but the PC is never discovered. Its probably due to the video card in the PC not being supported. This linking is essential for me to run a PC based flight simulator. A new PC for flight simulation may be in order. The battery life is roughly two hours which seems a bit short but there are third party accessories available to increase play time. I would not hesitate to recommend this headset to friends and family.

Horrible service and I would never order anything from Best Buy. They tell you a delivery date and time but expect it at least three days later. Plus they will try to charge you a restocking fee

Paid 360 something bucks amd cant use any of the metaquest+ features because it wont take any type of card

Garbage. Stopped working after one week just like the sound bar I boight. Bestbuys return policy is a joke. I will never buy from these people again.

It would probably work if i got it anywhere else. Since I got it at best buy, it doesn't and can't return it according to the store manager at my local store.....

I purchased three systems so that we could play together as a family. The way that these are designed, that is not possible.
