Game not preloaded

Very disheartening for a child to have to wait even longer on Christmas to play the game. They told me that Best Buy was supposed to give me a code when I purchased this and they did not. It took over an hour and a half on the phone to fix this. Very disappointed. Game worked fine other than the game not being preloaded and no code from Best Buy.

With consoles games do not usually come pre-installed as not everyone will own them straight away or be eligible for them if age restrictions are in place etc.

Had to buy a valve vr to get a decent experience. Meat quest is a garbage product. And they should feel awful for being trash
