Transitions between home to games/apps have been smooth. Gameplay has been balanced and less lag like the older models had. Very happy with this purchase and looking forward to seeing what the future of VR has for us!

The new 3s is a bit smaller. I’m not a a fan of the head straps. They feel weird and I don’t feel like for what we paid it’s secure as it should be. The few things they could’ve made better they ignored. The foam face mask should be updated. They used that for the previous Quests and ended up offering a replacement for free under warranty. For $100 more the same size memory they cheaped out. I essentially paid for the “free” game and 3 month trial. Not really a deal.I only recommend the headset because my kid loves it.
