    Product works well at least for now. Grandsons had other headsets but they didn’t last long.

    Best Buy keeps hammering my email to review this product. It's a Christmas gift for someone, never been opened and I'm tired of Best Buy emails. I'm sure my 13 y/o is gonna love it, but how am i gonna review a product that's wrapped in gift wrap under a Christmas tree. Best Buy - get some sort of clue about what time of year it is and watch the number of spam emails you send out. This is the last time I order from you, you're not the only place to shop.

    For my son. Always wanted one. I hope he enjoys it. He is 13 so I hope it fits comfortably. Nice he can play with multiple players and download games. I dislike that the goft cards are separate from the other devices
