Broken case

I reached out to the company and was told I had to return it to the store before a replacement would be sent. The case was returned to Best Buy. 2weeks later the company sent a”replacement “ which appeared to be the same one as the zipper was broke on it also (it had a label on the package marked Returned. I was able to get a partial refund but am out the amount of a gift code used on the product. No worth the time or money for this product/company

Tracking and everything. Nothing arrived. So I checked w/neighbors. I checked with post office. I "contacted seller" and CRICKETS. No response! Why not response if you don't have something to hide!
