Please ensure to twist the dial for a snug and precise fit. The flexible top strap adjusts to disperse weight and keep the headset at a comfortable position. This makes sure the strap is perfectly adjusted to you specifically!

My son is 11yrs old and it does not adjust small enough for his liking. He is still using it but complains that it's loose. So we are looking for something that can adjust to fit smaller heads.

I'm kind of annoyed that they cut corners on things like the USB C cable and head strap. This is a must for Quest owners. The fabric strap will rub against your ears and cause irritation. There are no useful instructions. I had to look up a video and pray that nothing snapped while swapping the straps... It all seemed pretty sketchy.
