It's worth it when swapping between people. Resizing for different head sizes is so easy.

Fits great and has a great size range. My son and husband can both use it.

Very good although still a bit worried about longevity of the side supports snapping like the previous.

Not worth the money. Better straps available for a few bucks more that can hold a backup battery for extended battery life.

Works simliar to the quest 2. Worried it's made from the same material & won't hold up with use (like the quest 2). Time will tell.....

Took a little while to get it to fit correctly, doesn’t cup the back of my head as much as I would like it to.

This strap is good quality but didnt feel good on my head the quest 2 elite strap felt way better

The Elite Strap for the Meta Quest 3 should be the default head strap. Installation can be a bit tricky. And while removing the cloth strap it feels like you're going to break the plastic parts. The quality of the plastics is definitely a step up from the previous generation Meta Quest 2, as it's a bit thicker. But I think they need to rethink how you swap out head straps. After you've swapped out the head straps, you immediately notice how much more comfortable and easy to use the Elite Strap is. The back of the Elite Strap cups the back of your head so perfectly that it seems to take a good portion of the weight of the headset. And the adjustment knob makes it super easy to take off and put back on, or make fine adjustments. I found that in gaming I would turn the adjustment knob a little more to get the headset to be nice and tight. While watching YouTube or Netflix I would relax it, as my head isn't moving so much. The quality of the Elite Strap is great and I wish this was included with the Quest 3 If you're going to be doing any serious gaming with the Meta Quest 3, I highly recommend getting the Elite Strap.

It’s perfect for adults but will not fit kids. My 9 year old, it didn’t fit her.

Bought this for my kids for Christmas. They are always super careful with the VR headset, but within a few months the grey part fell off. There are two tiny screws that are fed from the back and impossible to get back in if they fall out. I tried to return/exchange and was not able to.

Had a quest 2 with the elite headstrap. that one is not compatible with the quest 3 so had to spend another $70 for this. Quality seems to be better in terms of plastic thickness, but Meta… make ur products backward compatible…..
