The Quest 3 Should Have Shipped with this

I'm kind of annoyed that they cut corners on things like the USB C cable and head strap. This is a must for Quest owners. The fabric strap will rub against your ears and cause irritation. There are no useful instructions. I had to look up a video and pray that nothing snapped while swapping the straps... It all seemed pretty sketchy.
