The screws that hold the back on are star shaped and become loose over a couple months. You will need to tighten.

I think I want to get a cushion to improve to make it more comfortable.

Thankfully it was able to at least provide enough support to eliminate the headaches I was getting with the stock strap. I ended up returning this and getting the Bobovr M3. Not only does it come with a battery pack, but it’s also cheaper and well balanced.
