After wearing my Apple Watch with this bumper/shield, I realized it would fill up with condensation, making it impossible to use the touch screen on the watch. I ended up returning it & buying a screen protector & separate bumper.

Feels cheap for the price. Doesn’t really protect the watch!

Kind of bulky and really didn’t offer much protection. I ended up taking the front protector off as the one I got separate was better. Even then it was still subpar and I’ve just kept it off.

Gets condensation when going from AC car to outside, then the touch screen on watch doesn’t work properly. It bothers me, but other then that I suppose it works like it should.

Their phone screen protector are the best...but their watch protector is not worth the money you spend on them, the screen protector gets air pockets under it & the bumper won’t stay on the watch...

So, I purchased my Apple Watch and screen protector at the same time. Low and behold, about one hour after wearing my watch, my arm swung into a table. We are not talking about a massive blow here. Honestly, just a soft bump. Well, the entire acreen cracked diagonally across. A waste of time and money.

Wow....ZERO stars. I don’t even know where to begin. Like others said, the bubbles are terrible and so bad the screen will not even respond to touch which defeats the whole purpose. In short, after you read the reviews and you still buy this product, regardless of discounts, you should be buying at flea markets instead of Best Buy

This is a nice bumper in many ways, but my biggest gripe is that it does not create a raised lip to protect the surface glass. Other cases, such as those by Otterbox etc have a raised lip and prevent glass contact if placed faced down. I bought a replacement on Amazon. May keep around for a spare...but not protective enough for every day IMHO (especially if you prefer leaving the glass surface exposed like me).

Didn’t fit and turned yellow! When putting it on I scratched my watch where it was that difficult.

Worthless . Cover gets water under it and then the watch will not respond to touching cover.

I purchased this for one of my teens and it’s great for everyday use. However, it was not sturdy enough for a very athletic lifestyle.

Clear screen and great all around coverage went through 4 other styles and brands before this one. By far the best one so far.

I contacted customer service who finally admitted that is what the description says, BUT he also pointed out in the specifications and what's included it only says edge guard

Brought it to protect the face of the watch and it fell off and was lost; didn’t replace it.

When I started to sweat, the moisture got under the guard. It wouldn't let touch work on the watch. I removed it.

You receive good screen protection with this item, but you lose screen responsiveness. I took it off after a week and will just roll the dice.

I only used it one day and then after simply washing my hands water got underneath it.

Still managed to not provide a good enough bumper and i have small scratches around the edges. Was not compatible with screen protector.

Cover fit too tight. It wouldn’t allow me to use the touch screen. It was also too tight on the sides and in the hour I had it on my watch, activated the emergency notification and called 911 5 times. You couldn’t cancel or decline because the touch screen wouldn’t work. I’ve had no problems since removing it.
