It obviously adds to the size, making it bulky, but I wear it daily, so I don't have to be gently on the watch. It will cheapen the look of the sophistication of the watch, so I take it off when I am in more formal environments. However, this was a great purchase. It does the job and I knew it's shortcomings before I bought it.
