I wore it to sleep with no issue for anyone that might sleep track themselves. I like that it is a magnet (very strong) that keeps it closed as well as the fact that the very small spaces of the metal band allow your skin to “breathe”. I looked at this one in the store but didn’t buy it initially now that I have it, its become my favorite/go to band.

The Magnet Can Be Annoying.

And when it’s not on your wrist it clings to itself as well. Not a huge deal, but mildly annoying.

Despite buying the correct size listed on the packaging for the Apple Watch, the attachment points protruded sound the case which was unacceptable. Did not like the band enough to keep investigate other size options, retuned the band.
