Everything I could want from a gaming headset

While it lacks the RGB that Razer is known for, this headset has basically everything else packed into it. There's a removable microphone that sounds really good, there's separate channels for game and chat when you connect the thing to PC, there's Bluetooth, there's Active Noise Cancelation, there's a weird little cable to connect it to a PS5 controller through the USB C port on the headset. This thing can do a lot, and I really like that. The construction of the headset is pretty high quality. It doesn't look bad either - it's got kind of that modern retro look to it, with the whole "ear cups held on by wire" thing that you usually see on old headsets from the 80's; but it's unmistakably a modern headset. The knobs and buttons all feel solid and nice to turn and press. The ear cups have enough range of motion that I'm able to get the headset to fit very comfortably over both ears, and the headband doesn't really dig into my head like some headsets I've used. It's lightweight enough to feel comfortable to wear for long periods of time, with a battery life to match. The sound quality is good. I'm able to hear what direction things are coming from, the range of the speakers is good, and there's no issue with stuff like bass drowning out everything else or the mids being too heavy. They're overall really balanced. I have not yet had a problem with the connection dropping or lagging, either - all of the sounds hit my ears at the appropriate time based on what's going on onscreen. I can't really stress enough how much I like this headset. I think it's my new favorite, honestly. I haven't found a single thing I dislike about it. I would absolutely recommend this headset to any serious gamer that also uses chat apps rather than in-game chat.

Very comfortable headset, and built in mixer, 1 down side you can only control Bluetooth through the phone.

I buy them, but don't take them out of the box, as I wasn't sure which headset to use and wanted to keep looking at more options.

I'm a fan of Razer products. All of my peripherals are Razer and I even have a 2021 Razer Blade 14" Do not listen to the sea of 5 star reviews. I give fair reviews of products and dont give 1 star reviews for no reason. This headset is so underwhelming, uncomfortable, and disappointing. It has earned the 1 star rating. Set up: Fine. Unboxing was annoying honestly and the dongle has to plug into a usb c cable? Odd. Razer synapse sucks. Build quality: feels light and cheap. The mic is detachable but fell out a couple times while i was gaming. The foam in the ear muffs doesnt sit well / mold well into shape while you wear the headset, It feels cheap overall. I could hear everything going on in my house even with anc on. Anc is a joke also you can still hear everything. Audio quality: tinny sound, very high treble and no lows. Listened to music, watched a youtube video, and played games after messing with the eq settings in synapse because i couldnt believe how bad it was and it changed marginally and didnt get much better. Mic quality: it sounds good but the v2 blackshark is better so im not giving a star for a company backtracking. At 250$ this is an insult. I will be returning. I was really excited to upgrade my kraken pro from years ago. But this is a downgrade. Spend your money elsewhere

It’s a pretty good product, but it’s new and it has a few bugs going on with it right now
