I was able to get the remote to pair and control perfectly

Easy to use and program. Good quality of a product.

It’s a good remote but the buttons are a little mushy. Also, the layout is not that practical. However, you have to do that to get all the functions it offers

I needed to find a remote that was simple and would also work with my Apple TV, so my mom could watch when she came over to visit. This remote was well worth the money- it paired easily with with my TV, Apple TV 4K and my DVD player, it was affordable and simple enough for my mother to figure out on her own.

This remote is not an advanced model but it has the necessary options. I would say it’s a worth for the money you are paying.

I love that it had so many different devices that could be added to the control. Unfortunately it wasn’t compatible with my fire stick but i just needed it to replace the original control my tv had originally came with.

We lost our blu ray remote during the move, and this little remote does the trick.

A great value universal remote. Does not have all the bells and whistles of other models but performs its function.

Seemed like a nice remote but didn’t work with my LG tv that uses a cursor like function. Apparently only LG ones do.

This is a remote that is adequate for a beginner who is not technically astute.

This remote did not work with my exotic Panasonic DVD player, who which has slow-mo and freeze ability. It worked with all other devices in the house. Best Buy was agreeable to allow me to return it for credit. I purchased this controller because I could not find the factory provided controller. I subsequently found the original controller, which worked fine.

Once you figure out the buttons, its works well enough. But it's not intuitive as to it's use.

Needed a replacement remote for a vacation rental. Needed for an LG TV. Remote itself is a bit complicated with all the ‘features’ and buttons. Wanted something more simple and basic. Nevertheless it worked and got the job done.

Overall a very good Universal Remote. Had for 2 years and still working well.

Had to get this for a remote after my original was destroyed. Seems to not pair well with my LG tv. I have to pair the remote to the tv almost every time I need to use it. Since it is a smart TV, the remote is useless on that end. It’s pretty much for volume and on/off button.

It works good, but not the best for my ROKu tv. Doesn't want to return to menu on Netflix

I bought this after losing my AppleTV (3rd Generation) metal remote.l. After following the instructions to pair it the remote wouldn’t work with the AppleTV. This for me was the only thing I wanted so can’t talk about other features since once this worked I was done.

This product is okay. It isn’t as useful as the original but it works.
