Disappointing Performance

While using the device, I experienced noticeable delays in both writing and erasing functions; it takes 1-2 seconds for the erased content to disappear from the screen, disrupting the flow of note-taking. Additionally, the tablet's capabilities are quite limited, particularly in terms of email functionality, which is too basic for efficient communication. The thick bezel around the screen also detracts from the experience, as it doesn't emulate the feel of a real notebook as effectively as I had hoped.

Frustrating! Returned after 10 days

But other than that, everything else is frustrating. Drawing shapes, zooming in/out, scrolling, using an eraser, organizing pages, etc - every interaction is sluggish. The e-ink technology is not there yet. Any change on the screen partially removes the marks and only gets fully removed after a few seconds, when it refreshes with a short black burst on the full screen. All these are frustrating if you come from an iPad or any other decent tablet. I might give it another try in the future if they improve their software significantly and get close to something like Notability/Goodnote on iPad.

Good but Power Button Problems

But the power button is very susceptible to getting stuck permanently and will not fnction once it gets stuck. There's no solution that Remarkable has offered. So either buy another tablet or add the additional insurnace when purchasing.

Very easy to navigate and recall prior notes quickly. A+ purchase.

Tech Support and Warranty Service is TERRIBLE

After 10 months my power button got stuck down and the unit is inoperable. Remarkable tech support and warranty is terrible. They quickly determined they will not cover under warranty which was quite disappointing for the price I paid for this unit. Save your money and find a different solution for your needs. This company DOES NOT stand behind it's products.

No happy with purchase

Now it doesn’t respond well, have trouble advancing the page up or down, documents disappear then suddenly reappear. Don’t like the fact you have to sign yo for cloud services to use certain functions. I don’t want my personal notes in the cloud.

Not Worth the Money

Certainly not worth the money but the time you figure in the case and pencil. After nominal use, I was around 50% battery life after two days. No way this thing gets 2 weeks of battery unless you are not using it. I returned mine and Best Buy made it easy to get my money back.

Horrible Customer Service

Customer service is no help. Great product but I will be staying away from the brand due to the lack of repair options or responsive customer service.

It’s a glorified notebook that you have basically unlimited pages not worth it
