Huge letdown

The tablet itself seemed great at first, but after only having it for 2 days, I could tell this tablet is far from perfect. The pen will start to "uncalibrate" and be a few mm off of where you are writing, which doesnt seem so bad, but makes writing difficult. On top of that, the zooming in and out on documents is terrible. All in all, I do not recommend this product to anyone. When and if they come out with an improved version, I will try that

Not so great

A friend wanted it really bad for work, so I got it on my plan because I’m a total member and it carried the protection plan… after using it for a few days he realized I was right when I suggested an iPad would be a better option and he went with that.

New type of notebook

Other than those two things it is a pretty neat device and is a great substitute from having a ton of notebooks for school or work.

Writing lags.

There was enough lag in the writing that made it a bit wierd for me. I tried replacing the tips and it did not improve. I returned the unit and will go back to old fashioned pen and paper until i find something better.

Product issues and customer service is terrible!

Unresolved issues with scrolling pages, and now blank pages that cant be reinstated. Customer service is terrible - tried many times to resolve. I would stay away from this product!!!

Peaceful and effective

The aesthetics and tactile feel of the paper like writing makes it enjoyable, cathartic and effective while preserving only the most essential digital functions. It is clearly designed to facilitate undistracted note taking, planning or free form thinking. One gripe is its relatively poor handling of ebooks. It can do it, just not as well as a kindle.
