I just installed this in my car and it works great. It was easy to set up and the cameras are very high quality. It also records sound and the display resolution is very high, I don’t regret buying this for my car.

Unexpectedly mirror came extremely quickly and I absolutely love it. It was easy to install and I love how I can easily record the front and the rear. I absolutely recommend it.

As advertised but not for me

Two issues that I just couldn’t get around: 1. The camera zoom is more like a wide angle so things look much further behind you than they really are. At least half the size of using a regular mirror 2. When you scan from the road to your mirror, your eyes don’t really need to refocus. When you use this lcd panel, your eyes need to switch and adjust to the mirror panel itself, rather than the reflected image. It’s like looking at the horizon and switching to your phone over and over. It was weird and uncomfortable for me. Good picture though.

m2 rexing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.sound distortion on playback, change to expensive micro sd card, mirror is tight, but still get audio distortion, also when car is warm the whole monitor jitters even standing still the original mirror does not jitter, video is good & other features work fine.

Package is good too. Make my car more safety! By the way, customer service is good and easy to contact!

Lets cut straight to the point would i recommend this device? No, no i would not. From the get this device would not accept any micro SD card except a Samsung Pro Plus A2 V30, every PNY or Sandisk i tried it would return errors. Speaking of errors this device is loaded with them, this is locked that is locked error this error that. The recordings are decent atleast though you have to unplug the device when you get home or your car battery will be dead by morning. Currently trying to work with Rexing to get mine replaced so will see how that goes.

We only recommend SanDisk High Endurance, Kingston Canvas, or our Rexing branded SD cards.
Other SD cards will cause recording/memory issues with the device.
If your device stays on when you shut the car off, it could be that your cigarette lighter port is providing constant power. Some vehicles do that, which is normal.
But if you're hardwired, you may want to double check the parking mode/power settings.
