Objects appear much closer than they are, guide lines are no where near to accurate - e.g. the red line shows about 4 feet behind my car ... and I have no idea where my bumper is. If you tilt the camera down to see the bumper, all you can see when driving is the rear bumper and street abot 5 feet behind your car - effectively eliminating a rear view camera when driving forward. Just not a good implementation of a good idea. DO NOT BUY THIS. I wish i could return it, but had to wait until a day before my return window ended waiting on the BB installation.

Rexing has refused warranty support claiming they could not verify purchase with Best Buy despite uploading multiple receipts and calls with Best Buy conforming the sale. I still do not know why Best Buy is sharing customer information with a seller either This is just horrible customer service all around but especially by Rexing. They simply have no desire to take care of there customers or warranty their products.

We can continue troubleshooting your refunded product, but we cannot replace device under warranty that have already been refunded.
