    Do not buy this Dashcam. The only way for you to pull the footage is by connecting it to a computer. If you're using Mac/iOS ecosystem you will not be able to pull the video as the dashcam formats the sdcard in exFAT. Even if you're using Windows, exFAT is an unreliable format and you risk losing your data. I only found out when I needed to pull footage from the dashcam. Do not touch rexing product even with a 10ft pole specially if you do not have the patience or knowledge to troubleshoot.

    night view is not as good as I expected and after it gets warm in the car the mirror has a hard time holding the extra weight.

    Terrible. Stop recording within the first 2 weeks of being installed. Says the SD card is full and needs reformatting, but the files are empty. Will turn on and off randomly which distracts your from keeping your eyes in the road. I have an appointment scheduled to take it off ASAP. Save your money and do your research… I thought I had done my research on this one and that people were just complaining but all the bad reviews on this dash cam were spot on.

    The device failed within the first 6 weeks of owning it. I unfortunately figured that out the hard way. The car was involved in a hit and run and when I tried to pull the video I found out the files for the past two weeks were all corrupt. After doing some research it sounds like the capacitor failed on it which doesn't allow the videos to save once the car is turned off.

    Works great when it does. I’ve had 2. Returned the first one figured i had crap luck and got a bad one. And the second one has also stopped working. Both times they over heat in the summer and stop recording. Also doesn’t automatically delete any locked videos so I had to repeatedly delete all files. Works great as a regular mirror but I didn’t spend $200 for a mirror. Definitely better dash cams out there

    Wanted to love it so bad,I bought 2,I think the issue is that the car I had it installed on a fiat 500 convertible,just is not meant for this type of dash cam,the image in the mirror shakes around too much, even using longer bands making the mirror more a hazard than a safety feature.My other vehicle a 2014 Jeep compass has too deep a mirror for this to fit,giving this one to my son,to use on his plain ole mirror,hoping it works as intended for him.
