I really wanted to like this company, the camera doss what it should bit in the procress of trying to recieve furthur information from phone, email, and facebook it has bec9me clear this company has no product support. Facebook sends reloaded responses, the phonenumbe4 does work due to tech issues, and so far no one has responded to my email. I even made the approach as a new customer looking to purchase the more advanced product and still they did not respond. The camera mounting is made of flimsy metal and held together by 2 screws, road vibrations loosen these making the came4a unsecured. The camera is 100% meant to be placed at a specific angle inside the vehicle, yet this is bot explained and the installation video shows the camera being installed outside the vehicle. It has very limited range of motion, if you install it over the license plate you will need a wedge mount to achieve the proper viewing angle. No additional parts such as adhesive pads or screws were included. This product is similar, if not the exact same, as many other dash cams. The product is mych more expensive than similar dash cams mainly due to the warranty but without customer or product support this is useless. I will be returing this product and not look at rexing again. This is very unfortunate as it is a nice camera but there is no reason to pay for a warranty that cant be used.

I love the ease of this dash camera. Once put in it is easy to operate and comes on and records hands free. Can't comment on the rear camera as I was missing a cable to finish that install.

Pros, rear camera that records. Decent quality video and audio. The bad - dash cam failed after a month. Rexing did warranty it and sent me an exchange. The whole process I rate at a 7. I have the same issues with the new as with the old. If i lock a video or "save it" it will not place the video in the lock and it will disappear. It will neither show in any file. I was in a hit and run! I didn't lock the video (because of what I stated earlier), I went into the file and locked it. I replayed it, IT WAS THERE! in the lock file I saw it. When it was time to send the video to the insurance company from the person at fault, the video and all the videos saved on that day that I saved leading up to and after the accident, were GONE. I bought this to replace my Garmin, because of the back up camera, but now I put it back in service to compensate for the failures the rexing has. I would not rely on this. The Garmin has saved me already, the rexing has already failed on me twice.

For me the only dash cams that I would ever use is REXING dash cams.High quality product.

Super clear and got it installed for me and now I can see perfectly when I’m parking or reversing.

So far so good. Fine tuning the cameras and alarm zones is daunting and the manual is moderately helpful. Rexing should step up and produce short instructional videos.

It works great and perfectly, I installed myself and it was easy to do.

It works as described. The only issue is connecting the back camera's red wire to the back up light. The description for this process was not developed, luckily you don't need to do that part to get the back camera to work!

Having had this product installed and in use for several weeks now, it's fine but not great. The camera itself is much bulkier than comparable models, the 2K camera quality isn't great, and the rear-view monitor is super-reflective making it difficult to see in daylight. The settings are also difficult to adjust... the BSD monitor seems to have no way of turning off the sound and is so sensitive it goes off even passing cars on the street resulting in beeps so frequent that I had to turn it off. There also doesn't appear to be a way to set the time without it reverting to factory settings after only a few moments. I purchased this item because it was the option that Best Buy had in stock and I figured they would be familiar with it and it would make for an easy installation. Overall, it's okay, but if I were to do it all over again, I would buy a higher quality comparable product elsewhere and have Best Buy install that instead. There are cheaper/better options online.

Great product, very easy installation and easy too use and navigate!

The backup camera is too zoomed in. If I were to stop reversing based off the rear camera, I still have a good 2ft of space.

My only complaint is the fact that the mirror is not as clear as a regular mirror. You really can't use the camera as a rear view mirror because it is not bright enough to overcome the natural light outside.

It’s been a great product! A must have for cars that do not have a reverse camera.
