Great product. Screen is responsive. Less clutter because it installs right on existing rear view mirror.

I like it except the rear camera doesn’t reach the back of my car. Also this is failing to upload photos

Stopped working… only been a few months. I loved it but was not expecting this. It would randomly cut off and turn on and off and now it doesn’t even turn on not really sure what happened super disappointed

I’ve had this dash cam since March 2022. September 2022 the screen turned black and stopped working, so I exchanged it under my warranty. I asked for a three year warranty that day after my exchange when they asked if I would like another warranty. Come a month ago, October 2023, the screen turns black again and won’t turn back on. With the original receipt and original box still in tact and hand, I was going to exchange it again when I realized they gave me a one year warranty last time instead of a three year and breaks one month after the warranty I was given expired. This device is useless now. Cannot exchange it, took three hours to install, device is completely reverse wired into the car forever for no reason.

Install was great works right only thing is that 1 there was a interior panel that wasn’t able to be straightened out and second im pretty sure they took my board and brew sandwich that i barely even touched im hungry that annoyed me off and on all jobs a dash camera install

works great, I feel so much safer now that I have this protection.

does work when it's raining because the rain covers it; installation was not complete, not programmed, can't get back thru on the phone to schedule follow-up; it scheduled me for an aptm. in CA for my washing machine, I live in MD. will never shop with you again if this is not fixed!

I purchased my camera and had it installed by the geek squad and 8 months later it is shorting out my car panel,radio and gear shift light. I blinks while driving and shut down even while on the phone. I'm not sure if it's wired wrong or the shorting out. This can cause an accident and no-one wants to uninstall this junk. I pray each time I drive my car. This is out of warranty

Terrible product. The rear camera is awful and you can hardly see anything. Why didn't they include one that is at least the same as the front-facing one!! Also, the device periodically stops recording, even though the blinking record light is on. When I go back to play the most recent video shown is from a few days earlier. The only way around this is to re-format the card, which I've done a million times. I've also had to do a factory reset about a million times. Last, but not least, the screen flickers occasionally. I definitely regret buying this.
