    my clients are always dissapointed by this product. using the camera as a rear view mirror is a major adjustment, using the mirror as just a mirror is extremely poor as the glass is foggy. headlights in the camera ruin the entire image

    Terrible product. The installer guy wouldn’t put it in my car since I have a BMW 2015. He puts it inside my window. The quality and accuracy in my opinion is not good.

      We are sorry to hear you had such a poor experience with the installation! There isn't a reason as to why the dashcam or the hardwire kit would not be compatible with your vehicle's model. Please keep in mind this dashcam records in 2K resolution but the window, due to its form factor, zooms into the video so some detail is lost while viewing it on the mirror only. rexingusa

    When it’s dark out and a car comes up behind you all you can see is the glare from their lights. The video quality looks like I’m watching a old movie on a old tv. I do not recommend this dash mirror cam!!!!

    It sucks so bad, I wish I had a Time Machine to prevent myself from buying it. I even got it installed at geek squad I wish I could get my money back
