The Rexing R4 Pro Dashcam is a solid choice for drivers who want comprehensive coverage and reliable daytime performance. With four cameras—front, rear, and two interior—it captures a wide range of angles, making it ideal for rideshare drivers, road trip enthusiasts, or anyone who wants extra peace of mind behind the wheel. The front camera records in crisp 2K resolution, and the other three deliver 1080p, which is more than enough for general monitoring. Daytime footage is especially impressive—clear, sharp, and detailed. The midsize screen is practical and doesn’t obstruct your view, and the lightweight design makes it easy to mount without feeling bulky. Installation was straightforward, and the menu system is intuitive. I appreciated the included hardwire kit, which allows you to connect the dashcam directly to your car’s battery or power source for 24/7 protection. That’s a great feature for anyone concerned about break-ins or parking lot incidents. One of the best features is the built-in Wi-Fi and app support. Connecting the dashcam to your phone is quick and easy, and with 5G, file transfers are impressively fast. You can adjust settings, view footage, and check battery status—all from your phone. It adds a layer of convenience that makes managing the dashcam much smoother. However, there are a few areas where the design could be improved. The adhesive on the mounting bracket wasn’t strong enough to hold the unit on my windshield—it fell off shortly after installation. A stronger adhesive or suction option would be helpful. The SD card slot is awkwardly placed beneath the power cable, making it difficult to access. You have to unplug the power cord just to remove the card, which isn’t ideal. Another limitation is the front camera’s adjustability. You can’t tilt or reposition it independently—you have to move the entire unit to change the angle. Also, the buttons aren’t backlit, which makes it hard to operate the device in low light or at night. Speaking of nighttime use, the video quality is just okay. Like many dashcams, it struggles with glare from headlights and brake lights, which makes it hard to read license plates or capture fine details. A built-in battery would also be a welcome addition for added flexibility. One final note: it’s on the pricey side. While the features justify much of the cost, it’s worth considering if you’re on a budget. Despite these drawbacks, the Rexing R4 Pro still stands out as a high-quality, innovative product. I started using vehicle cameras years ago. Fortunately I had one when a driver pulled out of a parking space and hit me. Their insurance was not going to pay but changed their mind when I showed them the accident video. It saved me a $1,000 deductable and higher rates. This new camera by a trusted vendor ups the game by including a third camera on the main unit. I point this towards the side to get coverage from this area. Video download speeds are now incredibly fast with the three 5G connectivity. The build quality is solid. I strongly recommend that you pick up one off these before you need to prove fault to an insurance company.

This dash camera comes with everything needed to install in a car using the 12v charger interface or wiring into a fuse panel. I had some slight issues using the suction mount on my window due to some creases in the plastic (see last picture) so I simply placed double sided 3M tape on the suction mount and applied that to the windshield instead. It has held up without issue through hot and cold weather. The camera is quite big compared to other Rexing camera systems, but I was able to mount it on the passenger side of the rear view mirror and it is completely invisible from the driver's seat position! Mounting it is this position did end up with some of the side-view cameras blocked by the A and B pillars. Overall, they still provide good wrap-around coverage to the sides and back of the car with some small gaps in view by the rear quarter panels. The buttons and screen on the unit work well for changing views, and locking clips you want saved. The four buttons can quickly start/stop recording, mute/un-mute, turn wifi on or off. The mobile app does what is expected of it for viewing and saving clips. For the highest resolution experience, I used a laptop with the included MicroSD card.

After using the Rexing V1P Flex, I chose R4 Pro for its superior features, including 2K front and triple 1080p cameras, high-resolution footage, GPS, a G-sensor, and parking mode. The overall package provides excellent value with a 128GB SD card and a hardwiring kit. Professional installation by the Best Buy Geek Squad made the entire process seamless.

If you are looking for a dash cam that has it all then this is the one! I was looking for one that I could easily change from in-cabin views to car side views and this does the job as both of the cameras on both sides can be moved to either angle or anything in-between! Along with that, it comes with everything that is needed for it to be fully installed, there is nothing missing. The install was pretty easy, once you know where you want to mount it all you have to do after that is run the wires. The suction cup mount held onto the windshield very well and was tight and secure. The included 128GB Mirco SD card gives it plenty of storage so you don't have to worry about anything getting overwritten. The menu options to choose how to customize it to your liking were simple and straightforward. The Wi-Fi option was 5G so using the app and my phone made the video file transfer quick and easy. The camera quality and audio quality is top notch, I could make out license plates if that was needed and could hear everything that took place inside the car. Overall I am very pleased with

The tri-cameras in the front are amazing, the cabin and side adjustable cameras are awesome and the views are all so clear. Super easy to install and setup, and the features are endless. A+++ for this camera!

Wanted a backup camera for my older pickup and this does the job and then some! Great package with everything needed to get you up and running. Setup is relatively straightforward though you will need to set aside some time to run the wires smoothly. Love that I can still use my original rearview mirror as I have a canopy on my truck and like to see if anything is moving around.

Its the best rexing camera that i purchased, the 4 channel cameras make sure that nothing is left unchecked, its great in dark too. The wiring kit is included in the box and it makes installations a breeze, its perfect for all types of vehicle. I love this camera . It has builtin gps too and that makes it easy to track the vehicle without having to install any expensive gps tracker. I am very happy with the product.

This is an ultimate dash cam with not just 2 or 3 but FOUR (4) cameras that cover every direction - way more than a typical dash cam. The Wi-Fi and app make it easy to check clips on my phone, and the built-in GPS is a nice bonus for tracking where things happened. I also appreciate that it comes with an SD card already included with 128Gb and buying that SD card yourself is not cheap, so you can set it up and start recording right away. Rexing is a reliable brand as I have one that is 5 years old and still going strong. With this dash cam, it’s like having a 360 fancy camera that people hold around that does not have any blind spots but it’s in your car instead.

I'm still playing around with all the features but the clarity of the picture is amazing. I have had 2 previous Rexing Dash Cams and they continue to make improvements. Highly recommend this camera.

Having a dashcam helps me to feel safer when driving. Even though it does not prevent an accident, having this camera facing all directions gives the driver and passengers a peace of mind. It was easy to install and mount. The only complaint, if you want to dismount it when parked in a high crime area, it is easy to take off but hard to put back on.

I have been a repeat Rexing customer for 10+ years. This is definitely one of their better dash cams to date. The cameras provide great coverage for multiple angles. It comes with all the accessories needed to install the unit. First time installation takes about 45 minutes at home. The nice benefit is that the Geek squad can also install it, if one doesn't DIY it. I would definitely recommend and buy it again.

Great dashcam overall! It comes with all the extra parts you need to have a rearview camera, GPS logger, and/or parking monitor if desired. Setup of the main camera and rearview camera were pretty straightforward. The only downside in setup instructions was the lack of info on how to install the Smart Hardwire Kit, which took some sleuthing online to figure out how exactly to connect it to the car. Another downside is, if you don’t want to use the Smart Hardwire Kit, the only other power source is an auxiliary power outlet connector which takes the entire outlet, not allowing for the outlet to be used for other things like charging your phone. Camera operation was very straightforward and menu options were easy to navigate to setup as desired. The screen is a little small to view multiple camera details at the same time, but single camera view is sufficient for things like a backing up aid. Overall, excellent bundle for the price!

This camera is great because it covers many angles of the road. It has a great picture. I have a tough commute and have to drive through gridlock conditions. Having multiple cameras in the front helps me cover the front as well as the sides of the car. On more than one occasion, a car has hit their lane of traffic and hit my side. Having a side angle helps document my case. Also, this package comes with the manufacturer's memory card. Always use the manufacturer's card with the cameras, they are tested and proven to work with your dash cam.

Really happy with the Rexing R4 so far. I love that it came with both a 128GB SD card and the hardwire kit ,those were always extra with my previous cams, so it's nice not having to pay more this time. The 4-camera setup is awesome. Major coverage all around, and the side cameras can be adjusted or even turned to face inside the car. Super useful and way more flexible than most setups out there. Video quality is solid, setup was easy, and the app works fine for checking footage. Rexing keeps improving their dash cams, and this one feels like a big step up. Definitely worth it.

With the 3 cameras on the main unit, this is a good camera that can capture all surroundings while driving. You are able the 2 side cameras of the main unit to record your 2 blindspots or have one face the cabin. With the separate rear camera unit, I decided to have it face the 2 blind spots to capture all angles of the vehicle. The video quality also allows it to capture license plates with ease.

Everything you need to protect your vehicle. This high quality dash cam is an excellent value. The display is just the right size so as to not interfere with your driving. Works when you’re away with Parking Mode. Easily access your stored videos directly via WiFi. I’ve owned previous Rexing dashcams and this new model is best so far. Highly recommend.
