Good product. Ended up buying the hardwire kit from Amazon.

I think Rexing should not advertise it as 4 k cam when it cannot record 4k with all 3 cams, if you use all 3 cams u will only get 1080p footage. We dont have to pay such a high price tag to get 1080p footage. The bac camera at night is waste of time. Its not Bestbuy fault its Rexing brand fault.

Bought 2 of these dash cams, one for mine and my wife’s car. Great dash cam, good buy for $129 on sale.

Excellent, I feel safer driving now that I have a recording of my driving and how others drive.

Pro: -Good video quality -Simultaneous recording of front and back camera -Includes a 32gb card Con: -Memory card error when connecting with USB (why mini USB?) -Clunky menu -Manual isn’t detailed enough about settings and functions The video quality looks good, and the field of view is relatively wide. The audio isn’t great. It doesn’t pick up all that much and sounds muffled. Mounting it is simple, but removing it from the base takes some force so I don’t know how the 3M pad will hold up. I chose to simply use velcro strips and hang it from the visor instead. The wiring can be an eyesore, since you have to hide it in the trims or use the included wire clips along the dash. The menu is somewhat clunky to navigate, and the manual didn’t totally explain all the functions, like holding the buttons for certain functions. I didn’t know why my recordings were only 1 minute long until I checked online and found out that it was due to the loop recording option. By default, a minute of footage is about 30-40 mb, so the included memory card should hold about 6 hours, since it’s recording front and back at the same time. An issue that I keep having is that I keep getting “memory card error” and it tells me to reformat it. It seems to only happen when using it with the included USB cable and so far I haven’t found a solution. It also would suddenly crash and reboot while connected. I haven’t seen it happen with the car charger yet so maybe the cable is faulty or it doesn’t work with the cable. The cable is also a mini USB, which I haven’t seen anything used in years. Luckily there doesn’t seem to be a reason to use the cable other than to power it on without a car, so it doesn’t seem to be a big issue. I don’t really see the point of the app aside from seeing clips other people posted. It does connect to the camera and let’s you see it live, but it has to connect directly to the camera’s wifi so you can’t go far from it. Also the car must be running, unless you buy the extra hard line connection. When it’s working properly, it seems like a good dashcam. The picture is clear enough and it does cover a good range. I like the dual camera recording. The mounting and wiring might be a pain, depending on your car. While the menu is a bit clunky, you probably won’t have to access it too often. As is, the app doesn’t seem that useful. So for basic recording and playback, it works well.

We love these waste baskets. I wish we had bought more when they were on sale.
