Picked these up on sale for $59.99 and these are well worth the price. Games and music sound nice, with decent bass. I haven't used the mic for online gaming (since I mainly play solo), but did plug it into my laptop for a few business meetings with mixed results. Some said I sounded ok, while others had trouble hearing me. Otherwise, I find the ear cups to be very comfortable and I can wear these hours at a time.

As far as wired headset to go you can’t go wrong with the sound quality and build quality on these. One thing I have a problem with is the fact that I can hear myself echo or a type of reverberation. But it seems to be most prevalent when playing call of duty war zone. I’m not sure if it has something to do with the game or not but no matter who I’m playing with I can hear myself at the delay. But other than that I love them.

The sound it great, it’s comfortable, it’s honestly easy to use, but I only used them less than 10 times (because I rarely play my game) and something is wrong with the cord already

I do enjoy using the RIG series Headphones. This particular model does it's job superbly. The cost was much less than what I had expected to pay. Good deal. My only concern is that there is no mute button, or perhaps I haven't figured it out yet, but that shouldn't be something as difficult to figure out as is the case.

Sound quality seems great. Volume knob location is ideal for gaming console controllers, slightly less convenient for use with a computer. Not sure if it's the hardware or something about my audio setup, but on the computer, when the mic boom is up (muted), my speaker output seems to get routed back in as microphone input.

Bought these because they were on sale for 50 bucks. They feel nice and comfortable while wearing, the sound quality is pretty average, but for the price they are great! So far no issues with them. If you are an absolute snob for sound quality though, look for another set.

Bought these for an Xbox one and worked better than my Stealth 600s. Had astros A40s and compared to these not bad at all. Sound occasionally cuts in and out but not enough for it to be an issue . And that’s the only reason it doesent get 5 stars. Really comfy also.

So I would give it a 5 star is I can get ahold of someone to help me with my issue. After a week of using this the aux end that plugs into the controller started to bend and no one with Best Buy or with the company will answer or give me details on what they can do. I know the factory warranty is a year so I would expect to get it taken care of. For the time being I’ve pushed it back in for the time being and it works but if I take it out I have to wiggle it to get it to work. Otherwise I would give this a 5 star if the company would answer the phone or respond to an email.

Works fine, used for zoom meetings. It only didn't work once and made others unable to here me but other times it was working fine. Love the columns knob but a little difficult to turn with one hand.

Great sound, no more complaints from wife of sound of warzone lol, wireless would be better but would have tripled the price

Bought for my son and his Xbox. They work well with making the sound quality that he appreciates while.playing his game.

the 500pro headphone works fine and doesn't need batteries when used in conjunction with xbox 1. The thin material that covers the foam that covers your ear is delicate and will separate in time even with very good care.Just keep that in mind when looking for headsets.You get what you pay for I quess

After searching a bit, these came up as the most cost sensible item. We purchased two for play with Xbox.
