Im paying the 10 a month for the professional monitoring. NOTE: if you cancel monitoring or dont activate monitoring you do not have a lifetime warranty on this. As long as you are paying monthly ALL of your devices are covered.

It was our understanding when the geek squad was out here installing it that they would come back and install the sensor when they received it and finish up our training, once we had a few days to play with it. I am so glad I received this survey because I do not know who to reach out to regarding them not completing our set up that we paid close to $900 for.
