Good security system, but definitely needs more sensors included. No one only has 4 points of entry in their house.

I LOVE my ring alarm system. Ease of use and set up make it such a positive experience and I am always rest assured knowing I can jump on my phone and check out my house.

I have installed several Ring alarm systems for friends and family. They all work well, are easy to use, and the owners are satisfied with the functionality.

This equipment gives us good security coverage for a reasonable price. We are just glad that we had the Geek Squad protection to install it for us.

Very easy to set up and use. I combined this product with an echo show with the promotional offer. I have set up routines for Alexa to notify me when certain doors are open. The door sensors don’t skip a beat and are very good. The siren is crazy loud. I am in a trial period for the Protect Plan for live monitoring, but I am hopeful the cellular backup alone makes it worth it. App is very fast and easy to use.

System is working well so far. Monitoring service and instructions are good. There should be more sensors in the package for the price. Wish the base device had a volume control to turn it up higher. Ring claims that neighbors can hear the alarm but I doubt that.

Installation and setup was simple. Also added an outdoor camera. Works as supposed to.

The door/window sensors assume the door is flush with the trim. In my Victorian house, the doors and windows trim is thick and the door or window inset. That being said, the sensor still worked although a bit offset (guess it was less than 1”). Otherwise I’m happy with the system. Had a bit of a problem with the initial setup. The help person was super patient and helpful.

I liked my ring alarm. Most of my gadgets are ring. Easy to use. I feel safer away leaving my home. It notify me if someone is at home. Until now it still works

Great produce, fairly easy to set up. It took a while to set everything up , but it’s working great now.

Being a prior owner of another alarm system I can honestly say the Ring alarm system has all of them beat. Cost, ease of setup, support, and quality of product and system integration of other tech devices is all outstanding

Good product! HOWEVER: sometimes the sensors do not work well, they will say “tampered” and then it’s basically useless. I wanted to swap out one for a new one because of this and they wouldn’t because it was a pet of a package deal, meaning I would need to return the whole system to replace once sensor. That’s really NOT practical or environmentally friendly. Very wasteful and cumbersome to deal with.

I have owned Arlo, and other systems, but if you want a one shop system that includes cameras, sensors, and an old school keypad than your at the right place. Easy to setup and reasonable monthly fees

Ther Ring system is great in how it interacts with your phone. Able to set alerts and notifications, paired with a camera and it allows for piece of mind

I’ve never had a security system before so for this being my first time it was very convenient and easy to put up and figure out. Works very well and there’s options on the sensitivity that I like so it’s not going off every time my dogs go outside.

It works great. Easy to install and run with a lot of potential.

The young man who helped us pick out what we needed really didn’t know the product. Sold us too much. The check out process was riddled with errors that took a long time to fix, then fix again. We will need to go back to Best Buy to return the product that we didn’t need. We like the product we bought, just not the sales persons expertise.
