I couldn’t believe the value when compared with other professional alarm services. Self install was fast and straight forward. The app is one of the best I’ve used. It comes with everything you need and pairs great with other ring products. I love that you can add shared users, guests or even one time passcodes for the alarm. If you’re in the market for a great alarm product and outstanding customer service, I would recommend this to anyone. They really took their time with this product and it shows.

So glad an alert comes on my phone as well as the chime when the door opens. So glad I do not have to worry about the police being notified in case it is a "false alarm".
