I am beyond pleased with this Ring system! It was so easy to set up and I love all of the alerts I can set. It gives me peace of mind while being away from home as well as being in the house that it is secured 24/7. I would recommend this system to anyone! I also added on the Pro doorbell and just bought 2 more cameras for outside! I am very pleased!

This keeps my apartment well lit and I don't have to hear my original awful sounding door bell. Like knowing I am protected and that it is a deterrent.

I'm not disappointed in any of the equipment. It works fantastically. The app you have to use sucks though. The two step verification is a pain in the butt too.

Your Ring app is a powerful piece of software and the command center for all of your Ring devices. To setup your Ring Alarm 8-Piece Kit in the Ring app, follow these steps: 1. Download and open the Ring app. 2. Select Set Up a Device. 3. Scan the QR code on your Ring Alarm Base Station with the Ring app. Follow the steps in the app to connect your Ring Alarm Base Station to your Ring account. Set up one device at a time, and only pull the plastic film battery tab when the Ring app prompts you.

Great for home security

I monitor it myself and it works as intended. The 4 sensors are a good start but I had to buy more separately for the rest of the windows.

We had a big company monitored security system in our previous home. Hated it, so decided to go with the Ring system in our new house and it is great. Love how versatile it is and all the add on features.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We absolutely love our ring security system we purchased and had it installed by geek squad the installation did not take long and geek squad did a great job of explaining to us how the system works and showing us the basic tricks navigating the app is very simple and we love how there are videos inside of the app to assist you in reconnecting any device if you need to on Wi-Fi ring also offers a subscription service on a monthly basis or yearly basis for a reasonable fee

Great alarm system

Everything looks sleek once wall mounted and it works flawlessly with my other Ring products. The monthly fee is only $10 for professional monitoring and I feel safe whenever it's set. The motion sensor does get a tad annoying if you have pets that walk around the house frequently, but it's doing it's job and detecting motion. Overall, I think this is a steal for the protection you get and the features Ring offers.

I didn't purchase the cellular/extended coverage that Ring offers but may reconsider that in the near future. I already had some Ring products (doorbell, some cameras) so extending the app to cover this new functionality was extremely easy to do. ADT Pulse app is a bit more easier to handle because it has shorter ways to get to your temp controls, door locks, etc but Ring app is still very intuitive.
