Not 100% sure how it happened but I had ants crawling out of the ethernet port. Had to take it apart to find they had nested in the speaker.

The confirmation email wouldn't come through and it took over an hour on the phone with tech support where they just kept trying to send the same email repeatedly until they were finally able to escalate enough to find a solution. Also, the app and it's features are not remarkably intuitive. The difference between motion alerts, motion detection, and mode enables are not clear or intuitive.
