The base station sometimes disconnects from the app and acts like it’s on battery power mode. I’ve had to reset the base station twice since I got it two months ago and this is a hours long process because I have to reset everything! All Sensors, camera, doorbell, extenders which has to be pressed down with a pinhole on each device for a couple seconds to reset. This isn’t as reliable as I thought. They need to improve the base station to be more reliable as it feels like cheap plastic.

I suggest getting the Toltech protection plan with this item for sure. I’ve been wanting to get a security system for a while now. The only issue i had with it was the fire alarm going off and on for a full day and the regular alarm going off randomly where the police were called to the house. It hasn’t happened in a while, so hopefully all the glitches are out of its system.
